Joe develops and maintains software and reports that help AltruIT clients manage their cases for various child and family-based programs and services. Joe also manages the mileage tracking system Aspiranet employees use to record their mileage, parking/tolls, and vehicle usage for reimbursement purposes.

A software developer for most of his career, Joe has served as a programmer, analyst, technical writer, project manager and even a journalist over the last two decades. Joe joined AltruIT at its formation in 2003 and served as a contractor for Aspiranet for three years prior to that.

Joe is a musician and once pursued music semi-professionally.
