Helpdesk Engineer


Mark coordinates the AltruIT helpdesk activities, resolving whatever he can and escalating those issues that require further attention. Mark joined AltruIT in July 2003, bringing a background of 15 years in customer service-related positions.

Mark enjoys working with his AltruIT coworkers, considering them friends and colleagues. Each of them is very knowledgeable of his/her field, but is also humble and fun to be around.

Mark spent his early adult life as a professional musician, touring and recording. He was able to see a large part of the world in those travels and continues to play drums locally. He also (sort of) plays golf when he has the opportunity.
